Key Responsibilities
* Taking an active role in the initial setup of new funds and collaborating with external experts, including tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
* Managing day-to-day fund operations, liaising with third-party stakeholders, such as investors and fund managers.
* Preparing and reviewing financial reports, regulatory documents, and other fund-related materials.
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely invoicing for client matters.
About You
* You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or a related field.
* Experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services is advantageous.
* You have knowledge of fund industry practices, valuation methods, and accounting principles.
* A basic understanding of investment product accounting and experience with closed-ended funds in real estate or private equity is beneficial.
* You possess a solid grasp of securities commonly encountered in the fund industry, including equities, bonds, contracts, options, and futures.
