Commercial Director - Construction We are recruiting a Commercial Director for a well-established, market-leading manufacturing and solutions business operating within the construction and infrastructure supply chain.
This is acritical executive leadership rolewith full responsibility for the end-to-end commercial performance of the business.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping future direction, delivering sustainable growth, and strengthening market positioning.
The Role As Commercial Director, you will design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term objectives.
You will lead and develop a high-performing commercial function while working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and growth teams to ensure full strategic alignment.
This role requires avisionary, commercially astute leaderwith the ability to drive revenue, profitability, customer focus, and operational excellence in a complex, corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and own a clear commercial strategy and roadmap aligned to business objectives Drive year-on-year sustainable revenue growth and enhanced market positioning Identify and build strategic partnerships that support long-term growth and competitive advantage Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Experience Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director, Chief Commercial Officer, or equivalent)Proven track record of driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, and market expansion Experience operating at senior level within a structured, corporate or matrix organisation Background within manufacturing, construction products, infrastructure, or related sectors preferred What's on Offer Base Salary: up to €150,000 Bonus: 20% of base salary Company Car: Audi A4 or equivalent allowance Pension: 4% employer / 4% employee Holiday allowance: 28 days per annum
