Noble Fitout Ltd, a growing fit-out and construction company in Carlow, is looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant & Administrator to join our office team. This role combines finance support with general office administration — perfect for someone organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with Sage.
Responsibilities
* Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, GRNs, and payments
* Assist with payroll and employee expense reconciliation
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Maintain financial and project records
* Assist with month-end and year-end accounts preparation
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
* General office administration, emails, filing, and document control
Requirements
* Experience using Sage accounting software (required)
* Previous experience in an accounts and/or administrative role (construction/fit-out experience beneficial)
* Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Irish financial regulations
* Strong Excel and MS Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
