**Tax Professional Opportunity**
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled tax professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance, as well as international information reporting.
The selected individual will work closely with asset management clients, providing expert advice on structuring, transactions, and regulatory reporting. A strong understanding of cross-border taxation matters and the ability to analyze complex financial data are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include managing U.S. tax compliance and consulting engagements, reviewing and preparing tax returns and forms, and analyzing and applying U.S. Subchapter K (Partnership Tax) and Subchapter C (Corporate Tax) rules.
Additionally, the successful candidate will assist clients with tax structuring and cross-border planning, prepare and review tax workpapers, and advise on fund formation and investment structuring.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess a strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal income tax and cross-border taxation matters, as well as excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
Requirements:
* A CPA (U.S.), EA (Enrolled Agent), CTA (UK), ACA, or LL.M. in Taxation
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant U.S. tax experience, preferably within a Big 4, mid-tier, or in-house financial services tax team
* Extensive experience with U.S. partnership and corporate tax compliance, international information reporting, and asset management clients
