Job Title: Non-Functional Test ManagerLocation: Dublin, IrelandContract Type: B2B Contract (6 Months)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Non-Functional Test (NFT) Manager with 12+ years of leadership experience in managing end-to-end testing, preferably within performance and operational acceptance testing. Experience in the banking or financial domain is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end Non-Functional Testing delivery.Facilitate testing kick-off meetings and ensure smooth project execution.Review project deliverables, monitor progress, and manage risks.Communicate plans, achievements, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project management.Develop and maintain test schedules, forecasts, and estimates.Oversee resource planning and ensure adherence to Bank standards and frameworks.Provide weekly status updates and project closure reports.Manage issues and escalations, ensuring governance and quality compliance.Mentor and support the testing team, ensuring continuous improvement and KPI tracking.Required Skills & Experience:12+ years of experience in E2E testing leadership roles.Strong background in Non-Functional Testing (Performance & OAT).Banking or similar regulated industry experience preferred.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and governance skills.
