Support Worker
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and children, and be able to provide person-centred care in a home environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and care to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* 1 year paid experience in a similar caring role
* QQI Level 5 Healthcare Modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
* Full, clean driver licence and use of own car
* Excellent communication and people skills
