Kilsaran Precast is a high-performance, bespoke business that offers a full-service solution from building design and manufacture through to installation, the fully automated state-of-the-art plants located in Kildare are not constrained by static moulds and are completely BIM orientated.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all manufacturing (automated and traditional construction skills) and logistics operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained.Strategically forecast and execute manufacturing works, aligning with contractual dates and maximising commercial performance.Collaborate seamlessly with our Commercial Team, Design Department and Contracts Managers to enhance manufacturing operations, whilst ensuring technical complianceExercise influential leadership, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Manage operational costs, aligning with the agreed budget.Managing end to end supply chainDevelop and mentor a team of production supervisors, maintenance supervisors and logistics handling teams.Engage with clients on critical projects, managing escalated issues with technical competence.Analyse KPIs, initiating continuous improvement strategies for optimal performance.Shape strategic decisions in manufacturing methods and workforce planning.Co-ordinate maintenance and ensure preventative maintenance is to the foreWho You Are:A seasoned professional with 5-7 years in production/manufacturing management, ideally in precast manufacturing or heavy construction products.A leader of integrity, motivating teams with authenticity and strong communication skills.Organised, and adept in negotiation and influencing.A holder of a third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Business or people management (desirable).Experienced in team leadership and budget management.A critical thinker, balancing long-term goals with daily operational needs.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel etc), ability to engage and implement ERP solutions.What You Get:Kilsaran Precast is an organisation that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
