The Role
We are looking for a
Sales Project Coordinator
with a background in
Interior Design, Architecture
, or a related field to manage and support the entire client journey—from initial enquiry and design concepts through quoting, production coordination,
and delivery
.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining
design, commercial thinking and project management
, and wants to play a key role in a fast-growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle
client enquiries
and provide design-led solutions
* Develop
initial design concepts
, layouts and specifications
* Prepare and manage
quotes and pricing
* Conduct
market and competitor research
(pricing, suppliers, trends)
* Coordinate projects from approval to delivery, ensuring
production timelines are met
* Act as the main point of contact between
clients, production and suppliers
* Support
material selection and purchasing
when required
* Implement and improve
sales processes, pricing structures and workflows
* Ensure projects are delivered
on time, on budget and to quality standards
Required Experience & Skills
* Background in
Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
* Experience in
sales, client-facing roles or project coordination
* Knowledge of
bespoke furniture, joinery, construction or similar industries
* Strong
project management and organisational skills
* Commercial mindset with attention to
costs, margins and deadlines
* High attention to detail
* Fluent English
(spoken and written)
* Full driving licence
– a strong advantage
* Portuguese language
– a strong advantage
* Fully eligible to work in Ireland
