We invest in your growth; our training program is designed to bring those with no recruitment experience through the full journey from their first day to becoming an expert in the industry, and to leadership within the organization. We have a variety of approaches to training, incorporating online modules, team trainings, and one-to-one sessions. This training can move at the pace of the individual over an 18-month to 2-year period.

What we are looking for:
* 3+ years in a fast-paced people-facing role, such as customer service or customer retention
* Ambitious individuals that are independently motivated for success and career progression
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with and achieving targets and KPIs
Salary:
Including basic salary plus uncapped commission
* Year One OTE €46,000
* Year Two OTE €75,000
