We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. We pride ourselves in delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation. The Finance team is responsible for delivering financial transparency and ensuring accurate budget and forecast planning across 45+ different subsidiaries.
About the role
The Financial Analyst (FA) supports the EMEA region with global financial planning and reporting efforts, working alongside operations and finance leadership to build and automate financial models, ensure accurate invoices, and support monthly close activities. The role encompasses both routine and ad hoc financial analysis, with a focus on data integrity, budget forecasting, and cost control. This individual serves as a key liaison between the finance team and internal stakeholders, helping to translate complex data into actionable insights.
What you’ll do
You will support the design, build, and automation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operations teams and assist in the monthly financial reporting process. You'll be responsible for originating and posting financial data into systems, conducting variance analysis, monitoring KPIs, and preparing detailed financial reports on revenue, costs, and account performance. Duties also include assisting with Accounts Receivable, reconciling unbilled amounts, ensuring compliance with financial commitments, and completing quality checks for data accuracy.
You’ll develop dashboards and ad hoc reports using Excel and Power BI to provide visibility into financial and operational performance. In addition, you will analyze trends and actual results versus forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to internal process improvements in budgeting, billing, and forecasting. This role requires collaboration across global and regional teams, handling multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
What you need to apply
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) supporting operational teams, ideally with exposure to dealing with a global network of subsidiaries. A proven track record of success in this capacity is essential. The position also requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. You should bring exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. Advanced skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint—is critical for this role. You should also have a strong understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, AR, variance analysis, and monthly close activities.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are key to thriving in this role. You’ll need to excel at prioritizing tasks effectively and anticipate the needs of the team to stay ahead of the curve. You will be skilled at building and communicating complex financial analyses to non-financial stakeholders. You will need effective communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This position may involve occasional travel for team meetings or local Securitas branch visits (5-10% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) and the flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must. Flexibility during high-priority events or month-end closing cycles are expected.
What you’ll get
Join a high-performing, collaborative team where your contributions truly matter. Experience the energy of a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment while supporting a prestigious multinational client account. You’ll gain exposure to a global team and international business operations. Be part of an organization committed to employee development, offering ongoing learning, training, and growth opportunities.
The extra stuff
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right to work in Ireland. A valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport is essential. Candidates must also be willing to undergo the company’s pre-employment screening process, which includes a background check and drug screening.
