As a Process Engineer, you will lead the development of process characterization and validation for laser welding/soldering techniques.
Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop processes across equipment design, process parameters & component control.
* Develop statistical tools for medical devices using Design of Experiments, ideal experience with yag laser welding/soldering.
* Establish validation plans compliant with industry standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, experimentation & best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
* 10-15 years' experience in a similar role.
* Deep expertise in Design of Experiments, statistical methods.
