Role/Position IT Infrastructure Engineer supports and deploys IT infrastructure solutions, associated tools, and system interfaces to fulfil business needs. The analyst works within a team that provides support to Manufacturing, Laboratories and Process Automation business areas. Educational Qualifications Required ? BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or comparable industry experience Additional Skills/ Preferences ? Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries ? Soft Skills: Ability to establish positive interpersonal relations, effective decision-making skills, ability to perform repetitive tasks, and ability to work under occasional supervision and time pressure ? Technical Skills: Knowledge of GxP, Cybersecurity and Data integrity, IT infrastructure platforms, and ISA S95 architecture Key Responsibilities - GxP, Cybersecurity, and Data Integrity, which are essential for compliance and secure operations. - IT Infrastructure Platforms and ISA S95 Architecture, as a solid understanding of these frameworks is critical. - Comprehensive IT Infrastructure knowledge, including servers, workstation builds, storage platforms, virtualization (Citrix), networks, printers, scanners, and handheld devices. - Endpoint security and maintenance, with familiarity in antivirus solutions and workstation patching technologies. - Experience with enterprise-grade backup tools. - Domain connectivity, ensuring workstations are qualified to connect to a domain. - Directory and configuration management, including Active Directory, DNS configuration, and user permissions. - Modern device management expertise in Azure Intune, MDM, and SOTI. - ITSM proficiency, with hands-on knowledge in ServiceNow, incident management, change requests, SLA, and documentation Skills: IT Networks IT Service Infrastructure GxP Cybersecurity Citrix Benefits: Pension Healthcare Paid Leave
