Taza restaurant, Artane, Dublin 5, is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.

Full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Applicants must be experienced to Chef de Partie level with 2 years chef de partie experience.
Ala carte cooking experience is needed also.
And must be able to work in a busy kitchen.
Good interpersonal skills needed.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Working on the main course section.
Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers
Help managing stock
Assisting the head chef and sous chef during service.
Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures
Cooking food to order
Salary per annum 34,000 Euro
