What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a customer‑facing environment such as hospitality, retail, entertainment, or leisure.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team.
* A proactive mindset focused on problem‑solving and achieving results.
* A genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Flexibility and understanding of the dynamic nature of cinema – from blockbuster releases to indie gems. You’re comfortable with varied shifts and have a reliable, safe way to travel to and from work.
