Fuel your creativity in this dynamic 2D Graphic Designer and Studio Manager role. As a key member of our Creative and Design Team, you'll bring operational expertise to drive team success.
Responsibilities:
* Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day resourcing and workflow systems for our Creative Department.
* Team Management: Oversee the daily management of team members, ensuring timely project completion.
* Project Support: Collaborate with directors, event producers, creatives, and designers to understand project scope and resource requirements.
* Resource Optimization: Continuously monitor resource availability and adjust assignments to align with project demands.
* Freelance Management: Develop and maintain a freelance base for creative projects, building relationships with key freelancers and onboarding new talent.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Conceptualization and Design: Create impactful designs for various projects, including bespoke pitch decks, branding, print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, and web design.
* Branding and Identity: Navigate brand guidelines and develop event branding, ensuring consistent application across design elements.
* Creative Input: Contribute innovative design ideas during brainstorming sessions and planning meetings.
* Digital Assets: Create digital assets for event promotions, including email campaigns, social media graphics, and website content.
* Client Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
* Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers and production vendors to ensure high-quality output.
* Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
