Role: Senior Clinical Psychologist

Salary: €91,699 -€107,750
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist on behalf of a specialist mental health service in South Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role within a multidisciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation to adults with complex mental health needs.
This service operates under a human rights-based, recovery-focused model of care, with a strong emphasis on quality, person-centred support, and evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions to adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
* Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care and recovery plans.
* Support service users in line with national policy and regulatory frameworks.
* Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Provide supervision to trainees or assistant psychologists as appropriate.
Essential Requirements:
* Hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology (Doctorate level or equivalent)
* Be a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland or eligible for registration
* Minimum 2 year’s post-qualification experience working in adult mental health
* Experience with complex presentations including psychosis, mood disorders, and neurocognitive disorders
* Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
Desirable:
* Experience in a rehabilitation or recovery-focused mental health service
* Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
* Interest in service development or research initiatives
