Support Worker in a Residential Setting

* Assist service users with daily living activities, promoting their ability to live independently in accordance with national standards.
* Ensure service users have access to daily activities by providing transportation as needed.
* Participate in household duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
* Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and communicate effectively.
* Report any potential hazards or incidents that may impact the well-being of service users.
* Engage positively in team meetings, supervisions, training, and events to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Hold a QQI Level 5 qualification in the healthcare sector.
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Possess a full clean manual driving license and own transport.
* Have excellent English language skills.
* Have knowledge of HIQA standards.
* Have work or student experience in social care or a related field.
