You will work closely with architects, engineers, energy consultants, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of environmentally responsible housing developments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and develop design, planning, and construction-stage drawingsProduce detailed technical and construction detailing packagesSupport planning applications and compliance with local authority requirementsCoordinate design information with multidisciplinary consultantsContribute to the delivery of Passive House and low-energy housing schemesEnsure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, TGDs, and BCARAssist with construction queries, technical reviews, and site coordinationMaintain accurate project documentation and drawing controlRequirementsDegree or higher diploma in Architectural Technology or related disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in architectural or multidisciplinary practiceGood understanding of Irish planning and building control processesProficiency in (Revit /ArchiCad /BIM experience an advantage)Experience producing high-quality construction detailsStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamFull clean driving licenceWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on leading-edge sustainable housing projectsCareer progression within a growing renewable and sustainable development groupSupportive, multidisciplinary working environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageContribution to projects with real environmental and social impact
