Residential Conveyancing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. The ideal candidate will be 3+ years qualified with experience managing all aspects of conveyancing transactions and providing legal advice to clients.
The Role Includes:
* Managing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
* Conducting thorough title investigations, identifying potential risks and developing solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
* Building strong relationships with clients maintaining effective communication throughout the transaction and ensuring our clients' best interests are represented at all times.
* Managing relationships with financial institutions, estate agents, brokers, surveyors and other third parties to facilitate smooth transactions for our clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years PQE with experience in conveyancing.
* Probate and Wills experience an advantage.
* Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and the ability to manage own caseload.
* Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients' interests.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal Case Management systems.
