## Compensation & Job Architecture Manager* Support the Euronext implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive and act as the subject matter expert on pay transparency requirements related to Career Framework consistency mapping.* Monitor legislative developments for Euronext countries, proposing adaptation of roadmap to ensure compliancy.* Partner with HRBP in addressing queries related to pay transparency and job grading.* Support the implementation of communication toward managers and employees.* Provide recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, etc.) using salary survey sources, market references and internal equity.* Manage day-to-day interaction with providers (AON, Mercer) in partnership with other C&B team members, and ensure the proper application for Euronext requirements.* Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.* Proven experience in Compensation/reward -ideally 5 years, with strong knowledge of grading/ job evaluation or survey analysis.* Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven.* Strong International background and experience.* Excellent command of spoken and written English.* Eager to understand Euronext’s jobs and skills* Ability to work both in the detail and at a conceptual level.* Ability to translate expertise language into clear and concise non-expert business language.* Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject* Expertise on workday systems would be a plus.
