We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and dedicated culinary professional to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team during service, delivering exceptional food quality and adhering to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* To prepare and produce food for your section, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
* To manage the day-to-day running of your section and supervise staff.
* To stay aware of all functions and events taking place onsite, ensuring pre-planning of dishes and stock control.
* To plan your time effectively to carry out responsibilities efficiently.
* To maintain good working relationships with kitchen and restaurant staff.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A formal qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills.
* Previous experience at a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie level, working in a 4 or 5 Star Kitchen.
* Passion about food and interest in working in a Fine Dining Environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively.
