Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned workforce planning expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
The role will involve leading and delivering strategic workforce planning programs, managing client relationships, generating revenue through business development and growth opportunities, providing best-practice advice on workforce planning strategies and shaping EY's service offerings.
Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting recruitment and development of team members as well as contributing to the strategy and growth of the People Consulting practice.
