Job DescriptionBrief Job Description:Improvement, maintenance and continuous enhancement of the Quality Management System.Direct ResponsibilityDocument managementInternal audits coordination and audit executionExternal audits coordinationCertification assurance and coordinationCustomer visits orchestrationClaim management tool supervisionConsolidate specific customer quality requirements per projectEnsure Non-conformity and Corrective Action are closed out in a timely mannerMaintain Risk and Opportunities register on a regular basis.Follow up on internal / external audits action planCollaborationLocal VOS teamEHS Team (Integrated ISO System)PFMEA (Manufacturing)Job DutiesEnsures that all processes necessary for QMS are established, implemented and maintained along with the management of documentationResponsible for ensuring all activities related to administration and, in cooperation with the quality manager, performance of internal audits according to QMS requirementsPerforms or assists in conducting audits, evaluates various areas and processes of the company with the aim of assessing compliance with applicable standards, existing policies and organizational guidelines of the companyCooperates with various company departments on QMS certificationSupports and recommends process improvements of various departments during preparation of standard operating procedures and other system tools and standardized forms used in the preparatory phaseAssists in developing strategies and action plans necessary to achieve objectives and effective implementation of adopted corrective and preventive measuresRecommends measurements for improving the QMS and ensures maintenance of QMS certificationRaises awareness of all company employees about QMS standards and other existing policies and organizational guidelines of the company through training and presentationsUpdates and maintains QMS documentationAdheres to QMS procedures, rules and principlesAdheres to occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and principlesWorks in accordance with V.O.S. principles and guidelinesContributes to the development and adherence to standards focusing on key areas, which are customer, company culture and continuous improvement systemWithin the continuous improvement system, submits improvement proposals in accordance with company objectivesIn addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually definedJob SpecificationInternal auditor - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001Preferred Experience3-5 years in electrical/mechanical engineering industry with experience (focus) in management systemsLocal language + English preferred but not essentialKnowledge of quality management, environment, OHSKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standardsPersonal PrerequisitesResponsibility, independence, initiative, good organizational skills, logical thinkingAbout The TeamWork AuthorizationNo calls or agencies please.
