Job Description:
We are seeking a high-calibre Head of Commercial Operations to join our senior leadership team in driving growth, profitability, and market share.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, collaborating with business development teams, and leading contract negotiations.
Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
2. Collaborate with business development teams to acquire and retain key clients across target sectors.
3. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms while managing commercial risks.
4. Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
5. Build strong internal and external relationships to support seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8-10 years in senior commercial roles, with a strong track record in strategic leadership.
* Proven skills in contract negotiation, risk management, and driving commercial success.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
