Job Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to deliver sales of Personal Lines, Agri and Commercial Business.
* Being proactive in achieving individual sales targets including prospecting, up selling and cross selling of Personal Lines/Commercial/Agri business.
* Dealing with customer inquiries and referring unresolved queries to the relevant personnel.
* E nsuring all systems and procedures are complied with.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales approaches.
Requirements:
* Degree in a related field (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Business Administration).
* Proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
