About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience working on large-scale projects.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project's financial and commercial operations from pre-construction through to final account. This includes procuring subcontractor packages, preparing valuations, cost value reconciliations (CVRs), and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full financial management and control of the project
2. Preparation of tender documents including bills of quantities
3. Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
A high-calibre quantity surveyor with excellent negotiation skills is required for this position.
