Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion, and personal health and wellbeing.
In this dynamic position, you will work closely with our Residential Services team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Social Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications)
* Registered with CORU, or have commenced the registration process
* Knowledge of HIQA Standards
* A valid Full Licence to drive a manual vehicle in Ireland
* Experience of supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is highly desirable

Other Information:
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to be available for any day, weekend, waking night duty and sleep-over/overnight shifts in our residential services. You will also need to be willing to work alone in residents' homes and be flexible to work across all locations and move as priorities change.
