Job Title: Senior Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our team of social care professionals. The ideal candidate will have a third-level graduate degree in Health & Social Care and excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing behaviours that challenge, liaising with service users and their families to ensure best quality of care, and leading a team of social care professionals.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with physical or learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible in terms of working hours and days and hold a full, clean driving license for at least two years.
