Maxi Zoo, part of the Fressnapf Group, is Ireland’s largest pet retailer with over 30 shops. We are driven by the desire to make the lives of pets and their owners simpler, better, and happier. We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Assistant at our Gorey store.
What You Will Do
1. Customer Engagement – Provide exceptional customer service by offering knowledgeable guidance on products, fostering positive interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, while effectively promoting all Maxi Zoo products.
2. Brand Integrity – Achieve targets with the pets' needs at the forefront. Ensure animals entrusted to us are well cared for, prioritizing their welfare.
3. Merchandise and Inventory – Maintain an enticing shopping environment with well-stocked shelves, ensuring product availability and minimizing discrepancies.
4. Personal Development – Engage proactively in personal and professional development, in consultation with the store manager, adhering to training timelines.
What You Will Bring
