Project Engineer Role
The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers in the execution of large-scale projects or managing multiple small individual projects as required. These will include manufacturing process projects supporting various initiatives across manufacturing and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure project compliance with good engineering practices, company policies, regulations, and codes.
2. Liaise with Global Engineering/Global EHS/Global Procurement to ensure alignment and support project deliverables.
3. Develop concepts and business cases in collaboration with project sponsors and end-users, working closely with end-users to understand requirements and develop scope estimates for governance approval.
4. Lead and support project teams through projects effectively.
Educational Background & Skills Required:
* A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer/Manager across the project lifecycle within a pharmaceutical environment is required.
* Demonstrable skills applicable to manage complex projects from initiation through completion are necessary.
* Familiarity with the stage-gate project life-cycle process is essential.
