About the Role:
* Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO and PPC platforms.
* Oversee content creation, including photography, video production and promotional materials.
* Ensure website optimisation for user experience and conversions.
* Design and implement promotional campaigns for rooms, dining, events and seasonal offers.
* Foster collaboration with internal teams to deliver a consistent brand message.
* Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
This role requires a degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, with Google/Meta certifications advantageous. A minimum of 2 years experience in a senior B2C marketing position is necessary, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
