They are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join a collaborative team, providing critical financial oversight and insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the month-end close cycle, delivering accurate and insightful management accounts.
Produce and coordinate all periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for internal leadership and investors.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure robust governance frameworks are in place across the organisation.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting strategic planning and tracking performance against key targets.
Deliver in-depth financial analysis, highlighting revenue drivers, margin improvement opportunities, and cash flow trends.
Partner with investors and stakeholders by preparing tailored reports and ad hoc financial insights.
Enhance reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a trusted finance partner across the business, supporting operational and commercial teams.
Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making.
Background and Experience
Non-big-4 qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with several years PQE.
Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills; experience in financial reporting, cashflow management, and modelling.
Familiarity with financial systems and reporting automation tools is an advantage.
Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
