We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant/Manager. As a key member of our workforce transformation practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives and build a future-fit workforce.
About the Role:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on workforce transformation initiatives.
* Build business aligned to overall organizational and service line targets by identifying opportunities and capitalizing on stakeholder relationships.
* Lead out on projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
* Develop subject matter expertise on workforce transformation topics through research and experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Relevant experience in consulting or a fast-paced dynamic HR team.
* Demonstrated capability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipeline.
* Experience in HR/workforce transformation projects, such as workforce strategy, job architecture, leadership, learning, talent strategies, career architecture, skills and competency frameworks.
