Key Responsibilities Lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint Support budget planning and monitor performance with the Head of Guest Experience Interpret market trends to design seasonal campaigns and promotions Grow sales and profitability across retail services, gift cards, and B2B offerings Ensure effective guest communications, engagement, and data capture Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and wider Village teams to support campaigns Resolve guest feedback with professionalism, while driving continuous improvement Oversee compliance with safety, security, and audit standards Were looking for someone who: Has experience in a premium or luxury business environment Brings sales knowledge, ideally within retail or hospitality Is guest-centric with a natural flair for service and cultural awareness Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships Is resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused Can collaborate across departments and lead a motivated team Has flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays Is fluent in English (additional European languages a plus) Why Join ?
