We are seeking a skilled Wireless Signal Processing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the validation of next-generation IoT chips (3GPP NR).
The role focuses on validating wireless baseband algorithms implemented in a C++ simulator and requires strong expertise in wireless DSP algorithms, 3GPP physical layer specifications (NR/LTE), and proficiency in Python and MATLAB. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing meaningful test cases and analyzing performance results effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Work with a Linux-based C++ simulator executing DSP algorithms for NR baseband
Perform system modeling aligned with 3GPP requirements and internal specifications
Design and develop performance validation test cases, including:
Probability of Detection
Probability of False Alarm
Implement test cases using Python-based environments
Analyze and interpret results using MATLAB and Python
Apply knowledge of DSP algorithms such as:
OFDM modulation
Timing, frequency, and gain estimation & tracking loops
FFT processing
Prepare and maintain performance reports
Support investigations into configuration and performance issues in lab and field environments
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of Wireless DSP and 3GPP NR physical layer
Hands-on experience with C++, Python, and MATLAB
Experience in performance analysis and system validation
Familiarity with Linux-based simulation environments
