Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cork for a Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveyor for an ESB Infrastructure Project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
The role involves ensuring projects are financially controlled, within budget, and timely reporting.
Qualifications
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
Experience with BOQ and Cost Reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., RICS, SCSI) are beneficial
Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
