Maintain an active presence throughout the hotel, make recommendations for changes as well as note deficiencies and ensure corrective action taken and measurable follow through at all times.Observe employees in the workplace, analyse operations and detect situations of concern with regard to areas such as employee performance, grooming, training, policy adherence and morale.
Thorough knowledge of each outlet's operations including food, beverages, room types, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.
Attend and participate in regular meetings with the Hotel management and Group Leadership team to ensure smooth running of all operations for the Hotel: awareness of new products, promotions, upcoming events, training and guest complaints.
