Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.


About the Role

* Provide administrative support to legal teams.
* Prepare and format legal documents.
* Manage filing, invoicing, and general office duties.
* Assist with the registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents.
* Prepare Bibles of Security/Title documents.
* Cover reception duties on occasion.
* Undertake additional secretarial tasks as required.


Requirements

* Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Commercial Property.
* Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Digital dictation skills (60wpm).
