Groundworks Foreman Job Opportunity
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to oversee our residential project in North Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising groundworks crews and subcontractors, overseeing foundations, drainage, utilities, roads/footpaths, earthworks & concrete works, managing enabling works and general site preparation, and ensuring site safety, quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise groundworks crews & subcontractors
2. Oversee foundations, drainage, utilities, roads/footpaths, earthworks & concrete works
3. Manage enabling works and general site preparation
4. Ensure site safety, quality and productivity
Requirements:
* Strong Groundworks Foreman experience in Ireland (essential)
* Track record on Irish residential or civils projects
* Knowledge of Irish regulations & standards
* Safe Pass & Manual Handling; tickets an advantage
* Strong leadership and communication skills
