Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutrition and dietetic services to patients in hospital and community settings.
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of nutritional needs using clinical judgment and current best practices.
Provide personalised nutritional advice, including oral and enteral feeding plans.
Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, discharge planning and service development initiatives.
Contribute to audit, research, student training, and mentoring as appropriate to your banding and experience.
Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Minimum criteria: Have a minimum of 18 months post registration clinical experience in dietetics at a minimum band 5 Previous experience in working with patients requiring enteral tube feeding Degree or Diploma in Nutrition and/or Dietetics OR a related Degree with post graduate qualification in Dietetics.
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council in dietetics (or eligible for registration at time of appointment).
