Job Title: Head of Innovation and Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our innovation and transformation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving automation initiatives and developing a digitization platform that enables business processes to be streamlined and optimized.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical projects and managing process change in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. They will also possess a strong understanding of the business context and be able to align technical solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Innovation & IT Transformation:
>
>
o Lead innovation projects to explore new automation opportunities and technologies
>
o Extend artificial intelligence capabilities within the automation solutions
>
o Provide, facilitate, and standardize Automation Platforms across the organization for increased adoption and unlocking business value
>
>
>
* Delivery and operations Stability:
>
>
o Delivery of Automation use cases and platform enhancements in line with business goals and objectives
>
o Active participation in the ongoing evolution of automation development lifecycle processes
>
o Transparency of progress and risks to stakeholders
>
o Documentation of processes, plans, project governance documents, and progress reports
>
>
>
* Line Management:
>
>
o Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
>
o Practicing, coaching, and promoting Agile Project Management practices where possible
>
o Planning backlogs, timelines of deliverables, release management
>
o Use teaching and coaching to improve agility and maturity of the Agile operation
>
o Ensure budgetary rigor in all line management activities
>

Requirements:
>
A university degree in Information Technology or comparable professional experience is required. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience in leading technical projects and managing process change in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
