We are working with a pan-European real estate investment and development platform that has recently established a presence in Dublin as part of its continued European expansion strategy. They are now seeking to hire an Investment Analyst to support deal execution and portfolio growth in Ireland.
Responsibilities
Support underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities including financial modelling, investment memos and due diligence coordination
Assist in sourcing opportunities through brokers, developers and market relationships
Work closely with development, asset management and capital partners across the lifecycle of investments
Conduct market research, leasing analysis and portfolio performance tracking
Support transaction execution including legal, financing and closing processes
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment, advisory, private equity, banking or development
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
Interest in logistics / industrial real estate and development strategies
Highly commercial, proactive and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial platform
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
