Customer Service Representative
A role where you will be working with customers, resolving their issues and providing them with excellent support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner.
* Collate information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant regulations.
* Drive sales to achieve targets.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with the organisation.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks.

This is a permanent part-time role, working Monday to Friday 11 AM to 3 PM or Saturday to Sunday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. There will be full-time training for four weeks initially.
