Job Title: Senior Executive Leadership Role
Description:
This is a senior leadership position within an established international brand, operating as part of a wider global group. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and ensure the continued commercial, operational, and regulatory success of the business.
Your Role:
* Provide strong leadership to the senior management team (7 direct reports), ensuring commercial, operational, and compliance objectives are consistently achieved.
* Act as the key senior representative for the Irish entity, reporting directly to the Group Chairman and engaging with Group stakeholders on strategic direction and performance.
* Serve as Executive Director on the Irish Board and take ownership of governance, regulatory engagement, and internal decision-making processes.
* Maintain and strengthen long-term commercial relationships with key clients, with a strong focus on retention and service excellence.
* Represent the business externally through relevant industry forums and events, raising visibility and continuing to position the brand as a trusted market leader.
* Collaborate with Group leadership on the assessment and potential introduction of new product offerings relevant to the Irish market.
* Partner with the CFO to ensure robust financial oversight, including budgeting, performance tracking, and risk management.
* Uphold high standards of corporate governance in line with regulatory and Group expectations.
Your Skills:
* Proven senior leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or MD in a regulated or multinational environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing a business of similar scale, with strong operational and commercial oversight.
* People-focused leadership style with the ability to engage, motivate, and retain senior talent.
* Comfortable operating within a Group structure and managing relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
* Experience engaging with Boards, regulatory bodies, and senior external stakeholders.
* Prior experience in a PCF or similarly regulated role is preferred.
* Excellent communicator with sound judgement and a high level of integrity.
* Third-level qualification or relevant professional credentials required.
