Job Description
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night shifts. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining overall health and safety standards at night, conducting regular fire walks, security checks, and performing other relevant duties such as first aid.
As a Night Manager Assistant, you will assist with front office duties including preparing the night audit report and facilitating guest check-in and check-out processes. You will work closely with Night Porters to oversee their nightly tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently. Providing food and beverage service to guests during night hours is also an essential part of your role.
