This role leads on data-driven quality improvement, managing patient safety, incident reporting, and risk trends while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (MHC, HSE, HSA).This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement and patient safety excellence. This is a permanent full-time role, working on site.
