An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our client, Limerick Twenty Thirty on a 3 year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and mixed-use property developments. This role will involve work on a number of high-profile projects in Limerick and be involved in every stage from concept to completion. This role will report to the Senior Project Programme Manager.
Role Responsibilities (full spec available on request):
1. The management of complex stakeholder relationships and the sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief.
2. The establishment of an overall project budget including all consultancy fees, construction and any other related costs.
3. The production of 'reports on scope, budget and timescale delivery against "Baseline" targets.
4. Procure additional project team members such as Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Real Estate Advisors etc. as required ensuring EU Public
5. Procurement requirements are fully complied with.
6. The supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
Role Requirements:
7. Minimum of 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
8. A qualification at Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
9. Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a
10. demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
11. Current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.
