Director of Food & Beverage
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within a prestigious 5-star hotel. Key responsibilities include budget management, staff supervision, and quality control to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan work assignments, and establish performance goals for team members.
* Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and resolve conflicts.
* Educate staff on governmental regulations, quality standards, and service expectations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment is highly desirable with at least 2 years experience.
* Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
* Ability to analyze guest insights and identify opportunities to meet customer expectations.
