The primary objective of this role is to oversee the placement and execution of orders with production teams, ensuring timely delivery while serving as a customer advocate.
Escalated customer queries from the Customer Service team should be resolved by working proactively, adopting a solutions-driven approach.
Responsibilities include achieving budgeted customer targets and monitoring KPIs related to financial and delivery performance.
Developing and maintaining customer contracts and supplier agreements, including annual budgets, capacity planning, slot reservations, modification programs, and contract amendments is a key aspect of this job.
Cultivating and analyzing customer insights (requirements, planning, satisfaction) and leading regular performance reviews will strengthen partnerships.
Effective collaboration within an international team of Customer Service, Account, and Sales Managers, all aligned towards delivering customer satisfaction is required.
Supporting special projects and initiatives that enhance operational excellence and deliver added value to customers is expected.
Candidate Profile
A candidate who meets the following criteria is desired:
 * Diploma or Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
 * At least 3 years' experience in customer-focused roles.
 * Experience in the Aviation MRO industry is a significant advantage.
 * Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
 * Proficiency in MS Office/Teams and ERP systems.
 * Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to work systematically and make sound decisions.
 * Skilled in negotiation and diplomacy.
 * Good understanding of internal processes and interdepartmental collaboration is desirable.
 * Self-motivated, proactive, and structured in approach.
 * Willngness to travel both domestically and internationally.
 * Commitment to continuous professional development.
