Contracting Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences –
Key Responsibilities
Design, development, and implementation of DeltaV (Emerson) control strategies, configurations, and applications.
Perform FAT/SAT activities and support commissioning/qualification efforts for new and existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across the manufacturing process to maintain high operational efficiency.
Develop and execute validation documentation (e.g., test scripts) in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.
Provide technical expertise and support for system upgrades, patch management, and lifecycle planning.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is non-negotiable.
Proven track record in a GMP/regulated environment, preferably Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical.
Strong understanding of control theory, batch control standards (e.g., S88), and data historian systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines.
